Shipping and handling within the US is only $2.49 for First Class Mail, with each additional case adding $1.00.
Priority Mail is $5.99 for the first case, with nominal additions based on number of cases ordered.
International Airmail is $5.49 for the first case, $1.00 for each additional case.
