Here are the answers to some questions you may have:
Q: Which KardKase do I need?
A: See the table to the left, or just contact us.
Q: How is my KardKase shipped?
A: I use First Class U.S. Mail and pack your Kase in a crush-proof cardboard box. Priority and overseas shipping is also available. If you need one more quickly than Priority or require a large quantity, please contact me to make arrangements and get a price.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: North Las Vegas, Nevada
Q: Is your on line store secure?
A: Yes, KardKase is hosted with a company that is scanned and audited by a PCI Security Standards Council Qualified Security Assessor to maintain Level 1 Service Provider compliance validation. This validatoin meets the standards established by VISA, Master Card, and American Express. All data is encrypted for your safety. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: VISA, Master Card, Discover, and, proudly, American Express.
Q: What cards will each KardKase work with?
A: Please see the specification page for each Kase. In general, each KardKase will fit any PC/PCMCIA card that is no larger than the EVDO card for which the Kase was designed. I list several examples of cards that fit each Kase, but if in doubt, contact me with your card dimensions or make/model and I will let you know which if any Kase will work
Q: My Kase does not seem to close properly. What's wrong?
A: Due to minor variations in the foam linings, some Kases have a somewhat tight fit. The solution that I have found to work is to "train" the foam by putting a card in the Kase and putting a heavy book on top of it over night. After this, you can also try bending the front edge of the lid inward slightly and/or the front lip of the bottom outward slightly to increase latching efficiency. You can also remove the shorter foam piece from the bottom and just use the two full length pieces, or if your card has a thick antenna, you can trim the bottom foam piece to allow more depth in the "well."
